We believe in a career approach to Trusteeship, which is reflected by all our staff being permanent employees of the company, and a low staff turnover. We have doubled in size over the last few years, and continue to grow steadily.

Who do we employ?
Relevant experience as noted in the job summary is a must, but beyond that we intentionally look for people from a variety of backgrounds to bring complementary strengths to the team. For instance our Directors include an actuary, a banker, a lawyer, and a former policy maker from the DWP. At Trust Associate level, backgrounds include consultancy, senior administration, in-house and direct competitors. At all levels, we have staff that have been promoted internally.
Don't be put off if you haven't got a string of letters after your name. Trusteeship is about dealing with issues that effect real people, so we value experienced, creative pragmatists over academic theorists. We do of course support and encourage staff undertaking professional studies, and will reward achievement of their goals.
