We are frequently appointed when an employer is in distress and heading for an insolvency event that will trigger an Assessment Period. There can be solutions where benefits higher than PPF Compensation can be secured, however these situations can be complex, and we would suggest considering appointing an independent trustee as soon as the extent of the problems are suspected.
